Governance

Our  governance structure ensures we have the required processes and systems in place to provide the effective management of our organisation.

How are we governed at Inclusion Education?

As well as a strong Senior team, we are governed by a Board of Trustees to provide oversight to all policies and practices of Inclusion Education (a working name for Inclusion Hampshire CIO).

  • CEO – Cheryl Edwards

Cheryl reports to our Board of Trustees.

  • Amanda Minshull-Beech  –  Chair
  • Matthew Russell – Treasurer
  • Jane Pratt MBE – designated Safeguarding Trustee
  • Alan Howell
  • Toni Shaw

Working with Cheryl, we also have our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) who also send reports to Board of Trustees.

Our school and college also have their own Board of Governors and governance structures – with Cheryl as the CEO, the Head of the school or college, Senior Leadership Teams at both sites and a Board of Governors

Are you interested in joining our Board?

Even though we have an experienced and knowledgeable Board of Trustees, as an inclusive organisation we are always looking reflect diversity and inclusivity and are therefore looking to expand our Board to take us forward to the next stage of our funded plans. We are looking for Trustees to share their skills and experience and make a difference to the future of Inclusion Education.

If you have expertise in any of the areas below, we would love to hear from you:

  • Legal
  • HR and Employment
  • Marketing and communications
  • Safeguarding.
